Redlands Adventure Boot Camp is a four week outdoor fitness program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training - packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight to fit into that special dress, shed the extra pounds from a pregnancy or just get fit before that special occasion, this is the program for you!

Take this Boot Camp Challenge! The next five days following your regular four week camp - challenge your skills, your body, your mind – push yourself and go beyond what you think your limit is. Not for beginners, participants must have a good fitness base level and understanding of exercise safety and form and require little or no supervision, and/or a completion of a prior 4 week boot camp with Redlands Adventure Boot Camp. Exercises will include running, sit ups, pull ups, push ups and more.
Monday through Friday – one week of challenge and workout with Kat. Small Class, limit 10-12 participants.
